Introduction

Labour management can be analyzed from multiple perspectives: legal, technical, psychological, sociological and economic, among others. The multidisciplinary nature of these studies involves their articulation with a wide variety of entrance qualifications, mostly in areas from the branches of Legal and Social Sciences.

These studies are aimed at providing comprehensive training, helping to develop progressively skills and capabilities required for the effective performance of the profession.

Why study

The potential of the labour market to absorb professionals in human resources, labour relations and legal advice is huge. Its creation responds to the need to provide specialized training in people management for a significant number of graduates in the field of Legal and Social Sciences (Labour relations, Law, Administration and Business Management, Economy, etc.).
