The Inter-university and Inter-department Master in Applied Linguistics allows students to acquire and / or reinforce advanced linguistic training, and to specialize in one of the thematic modules –of a fundamentally applied nature- in which optional subjects are organized:

To be specialized in applied linguistics, since it is the only master's degree in Spain that focuses on this field and its relationship with the most relevant social problems: education, digital applications, socio-political changes, multilingualism, media, multimodal communication, etc.
It provides students with a methodological and critical foundation that will allow them to access the practice of research, with an interdisciplinary and versatile training.
It prepares students to know how to act in multidisciplinary and diversified professional environments.
It has the support of consolidated research groups of international reference.
The only master's degree that gives access to a module of subjects focused on Spanish sign language.
Workshops included, besides internships at companies and public institutions.
The possibility of enrolling full-time or part-time, as well as of validation of previously taken subjects in the circumstances specified by the universities involved.
