Introduction

The Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is taught at the School Polytechnic Engineering of Ferrol (EPEF) at the Esteiro Campus. The EPEF was born in 2021 as a result of the merger of the two schools of engineering of the city, the Polytechnic University School and the School of Higher Polytechnic, with more than 50 years of experience in training at the field of engineering.

From the 2010/2011 academic year, the adaptation of the university degrees to the European Higher Education Area, motivated the substitution of curricula leading to Engineering degrees by others of Graduate. The subjects studied to obtain the Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is structured in four courses, with two semesters per semester. course. In each semester, five subjects are ordinarily studied.
