The doctoral programme is an official inter-university degree between the University of A Coruña and the University of Vigo.
The purpose of the Advanced Biotechnology doctoral programme is to train research professionals in different areas of biotechnological research and to constitute a competitive, homogeneous, well-structured and quality doctoral study offer.
The Doctoral Programme is integrated into the International Doctoral School (EIDUDC http://www.udc.es/eid).

The objective is to prepare students to be able to start and complete theoretical, methodological and research training in the multidisciplinary field of Biotechnology, which materializes in the preparation and public defense of a complex, original and innovative doctoral thesis.
