The programme offers quality, personalised teaching integrated into consolidated research groups. It also has recognized prestige at a national and international level. The programme has always had an adequate demand, and proportional to the training possibilities offered by the participating institutions and research groups.
This demand has come from students from Galicia, the rest of Spain and a significant number from other Latin American countries such as Cuba, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina or Ecuador or from the rest of the world such as Morocco, Jordan or Algeria. On the other hand, the graduated doctors have had a high level of success in postdoctoral studies or professional insertion, more than 95%, with a special relevance in the last years of insertion in private companies, which demonstrates the connection of the program with the business fabric and society in general.
