Why study

The functions of management make up one of the new perspectives for the future, both for the productive and for the services sectors. The suitable preparation and formation of managers through project management techniques and its introduction, are key factors for progress, walking towards an improvement in the companies’ competitiveness and in the quality of products and services.

The Project Manager will have to drive and direct the project from a global perspective, carrying out the processes of Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing for the whole project. Therefore, the P.M. shall lead and conduct the operations towards the consecution of the project scope, within the time, cost and quality agreed upon.

The training developed through the Master in Integrated Project Management (BOTH IN FACE-TO FACE OR ON-LINE MODALITY) fits this model and seeks to complete the training of professionals engaged in a partial manner in the project, performing their functions in some of the processes that make up the project.

With the Master DIP programme we mean to most suitably meet a specific professional demand, exclusive for professionals in strategic sectors, and adapted to our socioeconomic environment.

The Project Manager Master is oriented to professionals linked to construction, to new technologies and to sport who want to achieve management skills related to their basic formation.
