Students who meet some of the criteria listed in Article 15 of the UDC PhD Policies and Regulations will be able to access to UDC PhD programmes.
Candidates matching one of the general entry requirements for PhD students will be assessed in accordance with the specific criteria and merits for each programme. Information relating to application procedures and requirements are included in the programme structure for each course.
The decision to offer a student a place on a UDC PhD programme is the result of an application-specific evaluation process, and does not affect the academic or professional status of the candidate’s existing qualifications.

Students with the following Master Degrees can directly access to this PhD Programme:
Candidates with other Master Degrees in the fields of Neuroscience, Clinical and Health Psychology, Psychiatry or other biomedical disciplines can also be admited. The Programme is also open to candidates who passed two years of the of Specialized Healthcare Training provided by the Spanish National Healthcare and related with the PhD Programme (Psychology, Psychiatry, Neurology).

The application for admission shall be made through the Virtual Student Secretariat and supporting documentation will be delivered in the UADI of the Faculty of Sciences.
The CAPD publish the provisional and final lists of students admitted to the doctoral program web portal estudos in the UDC.
Complaints to the provisional list will be heading to the UADI of the Faculty of Science.
Applications for part-time enrollment, change of enrollment MODES and temporary drop in the program must be submitted UADI of the Faculty of Science.
The selection of students for admission to the programme will be based on the academic record (Bachelor and Master Degree) and the feasibility of the proposed research to develop. These effects are taken into account:
Optionally, the Academic Committee may conduct a personal interview with the candidate, if necessary to assess the viability of the doctoral project, clarify the above points for correct score and, if necessary, specify the complementary courses having to complete the candidate
The application for admission (or registration renewal) and enrollment in PhD studies will be carried out according to the terms approved by the Governing Council of the UDC.
