Introduction

The Bachelor's Degree in English: Linguistic and Literary Studies offers the training required by professionals in the English language and English-speaking literatures and cultures.
It provides mastery of the English language and a broad perspective of literatures in English and of the linguistic currents and literary science applied to this language. The first two years are common with the other bachelor's degrees in Philology.
In addition, it allows the acquisition of advanced knowledge of Spanish and Galician languages and literatures, as well as practical knowledge of other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese, German).

Official bachelor's degree, of 240 credits taken in 4 years, published in the BOE of 5/1/2010 and verified. Quality assurance system accredited by the ACSUG in the Fides-Audit program.
